    A single 75 minute session where we assess your goals and lay a foundation of personalized guidance and support to create an improved lifestyle. During these sessions we will address topics such as mindfulness, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, self-care, accountability, motivation, and holistic well-being. Together, we will combine these elements to formulate a personalized and sustainable wellness plan to achieve your goals.

    To ensure our conversation is tailored to your needs, the initial session will require the completion of an intake form beforehand, serving as a guide and reference throughout our discussion. Please opt for the “Initial Session” upon booking if it is your first appointment. Thanks!*
