  • 1. Where do we begin?

    Schedule a 20-minute complimentary discovery call with Jordan, your coach. During this session, we'll discuss your current level of fitness, previous experiences, challenges, and your future health and fitness goals. This allows us the opportunity to decide if our collaboration aligns with your needs and expectations.

    *Completion of an intake form will be required upon conclusion of our call if you decide to move forward with online training*

  • 2. Choose Your Path

    Monthly online coaching is offered with the flexibility to select your preferred workout frequency. Opt for 3, 4, or 5 workouts a week, and receive personalized exercise plans tailored to your fitness level, equipment availability, and short and long-term goals, with guidance that adapts to your schedule and preferences.

    Each Monthly Package will include 30-minute biweekly check-in calls to address any adjustments that may need to be made*
